Nicksons Eatery in Downtown La Grange, Illinois has just launched a new lunch and dinner menu featuring the robust flavors of the fall. Crafted by Executive Chef Nick Baca, the menu offers such tempting dishes as “Braised Beef Short Ribs”, Fall Apart Tender, Horseradish Cream, Fried Quail Egg Over Cheddar Mashed & Served with Roasted Root Vegetables and “Maine Lobster Pot Pie” Shucked Lobster, Baked with Puff Pastry & Chardonnay Lemon Creamed Sauce, Potato, Winter Vegetables.
