Rich Baca brings years of experience and a passion for excellence in hospitality to the Lagrange restaurant scene. After beginning his career at Cab's—a popular French Bistro in Glen Ellyn—Rich's passion for food and wine led him to Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, where he held a seven year tenure and played a role in the success of Papagus Greek Taverna at their two locations in Oak Brook and Chicago.


Shortly after, he played an integral role with Go Roma—a fast casual concept—where he assisted in opening several new locations. In 2006 Rich joined Rockit Ranch Productions, where his innovative, hands-on operations skills have earned him respect as a top industry professional in the Chicago-area.


Rich was invited to participate in the First Annual Pebble Beach Food and Wine festival, where he had the opportunity to work with the world's top chefs and fellow industry professionals. Rich received his Bachelors degree in Business and Hospitality Administration from Eastern Illinois University.
