CHEF NICK BACA
Nick Baca began working in the hospitality industry at the age of 13 and has worked virtually every job in the restaurant business. Thriving on the vibrancy of the kitchen and driven to be a part of it, Nick worked in restaurants and banquet facilities throughout grade school and high school.
After graduating from high school, the love of his life (now his wife) encouraged him to continue pursuing his dream. After attending culinary school, Nick joined the renowned restaurant group, Lettuce Entertain You, where he became studied in themes and dishes of their well renowned and wildly successful concepts including Mon Ami Gabi and Wildfire. At the same time, Nick worked as a catering chef, executing events ranging from intimate dinner parties to large corporate gatherings.
Nick takes great pride in his experiences in hospitality and applies his knowledge to all facets of his work. Always mindful of seasonality, he brings rustic and comforting flavors to his dishes. His passion for food and entertaining has led him to a lifelong dream: owning his own restaurant.
